* Tickets must be paid for at least 24 hours before show time. Members at the Knight level and above receive advance purchase pricing no matter when they purchase their tickets.
Steamer 10-Pass
A Steamer 10-Pass is good for ten tickets to any of our Kids' Fare or Vacation Daze performances. It can be used for one person attending ten performances, or ten people could attend one single performance, or anything in between. That’s up to you to decide. The best part is, there is no expiration date! We do ask that you call for reservations to ensure that there is adequate seating. Steamer 10-Pass Price: $90
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are issued in whole dollar amounts greater than $10 and bear a 10% service charge for credit card sales and/or mailing Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates can be redeemed for tickets with advance purchase pricing to any of our performances. In the event that the remainder of the Gift Certificate is valued less than the advance purchase price for another ticket, it can be applied to Concession purchases. For example: a gift certificate for $12 can be used for a Kids' Fare admission and then a box of popcorn and bottle of water. In the event that a Gift Certificate is not completely used up during a theater visit we will issue a new Gift Certificate for the unused amount. We do ask that you call for reservations to ensure that there is adequate seating.
Schools and Organizations may purchase tickets for scheduled performances at special rates. We can also schedule many of our Kids’ Fare performances to suite your organization's needs, at our place or yours. Go to our School Bookings page to find out more.
To Purchase or Reserve:
No matter how you approach this process, we absolutely need the following information: your name, phone number, the show (including date and time), and how many tickets you want. Whether you are purchasing or reserving, your tickets will be held at the door unless you specifically request otherwise.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There is a non-refundable service charge of $1 per ticket for credit card sales and for mailing tickets. The service charge is waived for theatre members.
By phone: 518.438.5503 You may purchase with a credit card (non-refundable service charge of $1 per ticket applies) or reserve. If no is able to answer please leave the pertinent information and we will return your call as soon as possible.
By mail: Send all of the pertinent information as well as a check for the appropriate amount to the address at the bottom of this page.
At the Box Office: We are a small organization and our box office hours vary. Please call us (438-5503) to ensure that someone is here or to arrange a time to pick up tickets. The box office opens 1/2 hour prior to a performance but is not open during a performance. Be advised that the service charge still applies for credit card purchases made in person at the box office.
Online (Reservations only!): info@steamer10theatre.org Online reservations are only valid if made at least 24 hours prior to show time. If you do not receive confirmation of your e-mail reservation within 24 hours, please call the phone number listed above. We do not sell tickets online: please do not send credit card information via e-mail for your own security. If you wish to purchase in advance, please use one of the above options.
Ticket Cancellation Policy:
Steamer No.10 understands there are circumstances which prevent patrons from attending performances for which they have purchased tickets. If we don’t receive notification before the performance in question, then we don’t have the opportunity to re-sell the tickets. Therefore, tickets that are cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of show time will receive a full refund of the ticket value (service charges are non-refundable). Tickets that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and more than one (1) hour in advance will receive an In-House Credit – full credit (in-house) for the same price ticket that is good for one year from the date of the original performance. There are no refunds or credits without at least one hour advance notice.
