Ticket Policy

Ticket Cancellation Policy:
Steamer No.10 understands there are circumstances which prevent patrons from attending performances for which they have purchased tickets. If we don’t receive notification before the performance in question, then we don’t have the opportunity to re-sell the tickets. Therefore, tickets that are cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of show time will receive a full refund of the ticket value (service charges are non-refundable). Tickets that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and more than one (1) hour in advance will receive an In-House Credit – full credit (in-house) for the same price ticket that is good for one year from the date of the original performance. There are no refunds or credits without at least one hour advance notice.
